Strock’s special meat marinade is a homemade recipe (soy sauce base) that debuted at a family wedding in 2012. It was such a hit that we added it to our regular catering menu! The chicken and steak marinate overnight to soak up all the flavor, then are grilled slowly over charcoal on our custom-built roasters just before delivery. If you’re lucky enough to be there when we deliver, the meat will still be warm from cooking!

- Choose a Subscription - bi-weekly, or monthly. One-time, single orders can be purchased.
- All orders must be received one week before delivery.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you make a change.
- Delivery will be every other Wednesday afternoon at Ark Fitness in Mechanicsburg, before 3 pm.
- You can pick-up anytime after 3 pm every other Wednesday at Ark Fitness.
- A check-out sheet will be affixed to the refrigerator door to verify your pick-up.
