Catering isn’t an add-on here; it’s the heart of what we do. Our story began in 1983 with a single roaster built by Kurtis’s dad. Today, we own 15 custom-built charcoal roasters, still used to prepare meats the old-fashioned way: whole pig roasts, grilled chicken, pork chops, and steaks all cooked over real charcoal.
Our recipes have been passed down through generations. We also have a trained chef on staff who once ran his high-end restaurant.
