There’s a certain feeling you only get when a wedding unfolds on a family farm. You can sense the history when you pull into the drive and see the open fields around you. Our family has cared for this land for more than a century, and that steady work shapes the way we host weddings. When you celebrate here, you get long views, plenty of fresh air, and a team that treats your day with real attention.
We have spent more than ten years hosting weddings and more than twenty-five years cooking for large gatherings. This guide gives you a clear picture of what it feels like to plan your wedding with us and how our team supports you every step of the way.
Your Wedding, Supported by a Family Team
Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, so we keep things simple and personal. When you host your wedding on our Strock Enterprises farm, you work with people who know the land and the venues well. We stay close throughout the day to help with setup, guide your guests, and take care of anything that needs attention. You are never on your own, and you always know who to reach out to. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable from the first tour until the last guest leaves.

Choosing the Right Space for Your Celebration
Our farm gives you several options, and each one has its own feel. The Catering Barn is a bright indoor space with natural light, modern bathrooms, changing rooms, and room for 146 guests. The Corn Crib fits gatherings of up to 60 guests and works throughout the year. It gives couples a barn setting with modern comfort. For bigger groups, the Turkey Pen is open-air and offers seating for more than 250 guests. It has ceiling fans, lighting, electricity for your DJ, and easy access to modern bathrooms.
All spaces are handicap accessible and have nearby parking. Your guests can move through the property without passing busy roads or commercial buildings. The land is preserved, so you get wide fields and quiet surroundings that feel peaceful on a wedding day.
How Our Team Helps Your Day Run Smoothly
We keep our team small so every person plays an important part. You will notice how steady and friendly they are during setup and throughout the event. Every wedding includes staff support, plus help with trash and recycling, so those details never fall on you. The Corn Crib intimate wedding package includes seven total hours, a rehearsal, a sound system, and hands-on setup and teardown support. Other spaces follow the timelines listed in our Event Information Guide.
A Meal Cooked With Generations of Care
Food is one of the things guests remember most, and our style of cooking comes from years of experience. Our family has been roasting meats over charcoal since 1983. Many recipes were passed down through generations, and Kurtis’s dad built his first roaster in 1981. He now has about fifteen custom roasters that the team still uses today.
Your wedding menu can include appetizers, entrées, sides, drinks, and desserts. A whole pig roast can be added for your wedding, and it comes with a service fee. Full buffet service includes setup, maintenance, table bussing, dessert cutting, and packaging leftovers. Children under two are free, and guests ages two through nine are half price. Menu customization is welcome when you want something with personal meaning. Outside catering is not permitted, but guests may bring their own desserts.
What Comes With Your Wedding Booking
Your wedding includes tables, chairs, parking, modern restrooms, and staff support. The Catering Barn and the Corn Crib are climate-controlled. The Turkey Pen is open-air and has ceiling fans and electricity for entertainment. For winter weddings, we offer a single building option that keeps everything in one place. Exclusive access to the entire property is available based on date, season, and guest count.
How Planning Works on Our Farm
Most couples like to begin their planning with a full weekday tour that gives them time to explore the property and ask questions face-to-face. We offer tours Monday through Friday during office hours, along with evening appointments from Monday through Thursday. Once you choose your space, you select your menu and start shaping your timeline. On the wedding day, our team handles setup, keeps the buffet stocked, clears tables, and supports your guests. The farm also gives you open views and fields that work well for photos. The scenery changes with the seasons, and couples often use those areas for portraits before or after the ceremony.
A Closing Note From Our Family
We bring the same values to every wedding that we bring to caring for this farm. Integrity, honesty, service, respect, fun, and consistency guide our work. We would be honored to help you plan a wedding day that feels grounded and genuine. To begin planning, call us at 717 697 2824 or visit our Contact Us page to schedule a tour.
