I love watching couples arrive at our farm. They see open land instead of shopping centers and a property our family has cared for for more than a century. Weddings fit naturally here because Strock Enterprises has always brought people together. When you celebrate with us, you step onto land shaped by generations who valued good food, good company, and honest work.
Our catering started long before we hosted weddings. It began with a single pig roaster built on the farm in 1981. That sparked an entire kitchen based on charcoal cooking and family recipes. Today, couples enjoy that same approach. You also get flexible spaces and a team that understands how to keep a wedding day steady and stress-free.
A Wedding Day Rooted in Real Farm History
Our farm carries many years of family history, and you can feel it when you walk in. Every part of the property shows the work that came before weddings were ever held here. It gives your day a sense of place.
Our catering grew from the first pig roaster built in 1983. The same charcoal grilling and handed-down recipes are still used for weddings. When guests sit down to eat, they enjoy a piece of the farm’s past.

Spaces That Fit the Way You Want to Celebrate
The Catering Barn is our year-round indoor space and seats up to 150 guests. It has natural light, modern restrooms, changing rooms, and full climate control. Guests settle in with ease, and the day moves at a good pace.
For an open-air setting, the Turkey Pen seats more than 250 banquet style and can support groups up to 300. It has ceiling fans, electricity for entertainment, ambient lighting, and modern restrooms close by. The Corn Crib is our smaller all-season space and seats about 60 guests. It is updated while keeping its rustic feel.
Service That Feels Personal
Our team is small and steady, so the people you talk to while planning are the same people who help during your event. Staff support is included with your rental. We handle setup, clean up, and assistance throughout your celebration. Many couples notice how friendly the team is, and we take pride in that.
Food That Reflects Our Family Traditions
Food has always been a central part of this farm. We have been cooking with charcoal on custom-built roasters for decades. Couples often choose whole pig roasts, grilled chicken breast with our marinades, boneless pork chops, and other charcoal-grilled meats. Many recipes come straight from our family’s history.
Our catering packages include buffet service, drinks, appetizers, formal plastic settings with linen-look napkins, rolls, dessert cutting, table bussing, and packaging leftovers. A trained chef who once ran his own restaurant leads the kitchen. The menu can be personalized, and homemade desserts may be brought in. Outside catering is not allowed.
What Comes with Your Wedding Booking
Your rental includes tables, chairs, parking, modern restrooms, trash and recycling, and staff help. Winter receptions use one building. Some dates offer full property access based on guest count and season. For small weddings, the Corn Crib intimate package supports up to 50 guests and includes seven hours on site, a 4.5-hour event window, setup time, rehearsal access, and a full buffet.
A Day That Moves Smoothly
Couples often start with photos around the farm before guests arrive. With more than 80 acres, you have room to work with. Once the reception begins, our team keeps the buffet stocked, clears tables, and helps keep the evening running. We stay close, so you never need to search for help.
Events We Host Beyond Weddings
We also host birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, corporate gatherings, showers, and holiday events. Larger groups often choose the Turkey Pen. The Catering Barn or Corn Crib is usually best for smaller gatherings. Our catering team can travel off-site within our listed radius when the event meets the required minimum.
